The following Dakota County CDA properties and programs are accepting applications for waiting lists:
* Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 rental assistance)
* Project Based Voucher (Section 8 rental assistance connected to housing units in Dakota County) - accepting applications for 2, 3 and 4 bedroom unit waiting list. Bedroom size will be assigned by household composition.
* Colleen Loney Manor (public housing apartment building in West St. Paul) - accepting applications for 1 bedroom waiting list.
* Gateway Place (apartment building in West St. Paul) - accepting applications for Studio and 1 bedroom waiting list.
* Nicols Pointe - 55+ senior housing with preference for Veterans apartment building in Eagan - accepting applications for 1 bedroom waiting list (including accessible units).
* Crestview Pointe Senior Housing - Accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom waiting lists. This list will be used to fill Crestview Pointe in Inver Grove Heights that is under construction and will open in fall 2027. At least one household member must be age 62 to apply; additional household members need to be age 55 or older.
* Senior Housing - at least one household member must be age 62 to apply; additional household members need to be age 55 or older. Accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom waiting lists.
* Senior Housing Accessible Units - this list is for households in need of mobility accessible units. Accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom units. One household member needs to be age 62 to apply; additional household members need to be age 55 or older.
* Workforce Family Townhomes - accepting applications for 2 and 3 bedroom waiting lists. Waiting lists are by city. At least one household member must be under the age of 18. Two-bedroom waiting lists are for households with 2-4 people and three-bedroom waiting lists are for households with 3-6 people.
* Workforce Housing Accessible Units - This list is for households in need of mobility accessible units. Accepting applications for 1 and 2 bedroom units in Workforce Housing and Gateway Place.
