We’ve made logging in to RentCafe easier and more secure. Instead of using a password, you can now sign in with a one-time passcode or by using your Google or Apple account.

Option 1: Sign in with a one-time passcode

With passcodes, there’s nothing to remember. Each time you sign in, we’ll generate a secure code that works only for that session.

Here’s how it works:

1. Enter your email – On the login page, type the email address linked to your RentCafe account and click Continue.
2. Check your messages – We’ll send you a 6-digit code by email. If your phone number is on file, you can also get the code by text.
3. Enter your code – Paste or type the code into the login screen. Once confirmed, you’re signed in. That’s it! No password required.

Option 2: Sign in with Google or Apple

If you prefer, you can use your Google or Apple account instead of a code. Just choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” on the login page.

• Make sure you select the same email address that’s linked to your RentCafe account.
• You can switch between passcode login and Google/Apple login anytime.
