Kentucky Housing Corporation is aware of the recent issue with the Fraudulent Waiting List attempts in the past couple of weeks.

KHC has provided information to ensure Applicants and Agencies are made aware that the opening is legitimate, and Applicant’s information will be used for KHC’s waiting list only.

Please note KHC's Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 waiting list is closed.

KHC will not initiate contact with anyone about applying to the Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 Waiting List. However, KHC will respond to applicants’ inquiries about the waiting list.
