How to Create an Online RENTCafe Account
The DuPage and Kendall Housing Authorites require Applicants to have a RENTCafe online account. All prospective Applicants must have a RENTCafe account in order to submit pre-applications for Wait Lists. Also, household information can be updated easily through the RENTCafe account as circumstances change.

For Applicants accepted to one or more of the the Wait Lists offered by DuPage & Kendall Housing Authorities, DHA & KHA communicates with you in a variety of ways: standard mail via the US Postal Service; phone calls; texts; and, email, especially. DHA & KHA are transitioning to the use of email to inform applicants as to the status of their application, when updates to their application information are processed, and when their application is selected from the Wait List.
Many of these emails are automatically generated by system software and are sent using the email address, yardi@dupagehousing.org.
Please be aware that all emails that you receive from this email address can be considered SAFE and should be opened to read important information concerning your application and information. Also, to better ensure that you receive these emails in your email Inbox, please add the yardi@dupagehousing.org email address to your Contact List or Safe Sender list so that the email isn't transferred to the Spam or Junk folder of your email account.

DHA & KHA Office Operations
DuPage & Kendall Housing Authorities have resumed normal operating hours, including Open Door Hours. DHA is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
Documents, letters, and other correspondence can continue to be exchanged using email, fax, mailed through the US Postal Service, or deposited in our enhanced 24-Hour Drop Box located adjacent to the front door of our building.
