- We require an income verification process. If your employer participates in The Work Number, your social security number will be used to verify your employment and income. If your income source does not validate against The Work Number, we will automatically send you an income verification email from Nova Credit Services. This process will require you to validate your income against an online bank account or, optionally, upload a valid paystub for verification of legitimate income.
- Documents needed to validate your application are required within 48 hours of application else your application may be canceled, the apartment will be released and you may be required to re-apply.
