Highly luxurious with amazing staff. The terrace is really beautiful.
The ayer is at the perfect location right by South Lake Union with lots of walkable restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops etc. The buildings amenities like the gym and rooftop are really nice too. The concierge and maintenance team respond promptly as well. 10/10 would recommend

I've loved living in this location. It's extremely walkable and feels very safe to me. The unit itself is great and whenever there's been issues maintenance and staff have been very responsive.
This building is in one of the best locations in Seattle. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The building itself is nice and simple, with a very convenient door system. The building manager is a little bit lazy, as when we moved in there were a handful of things we needed to address and have fixed. But otherwise, great spot.

The team at Bowman have welcomed me and treated me with great kindness. They are always attending to my maintenance needs promptly. More importantly, they are the best at what they do and it is an honor to love here.
I have been living here for a year, and I never had any issue with anything so far. Maintenance was very punctual and staff has been extremely helpful. Nothing less than a great experience so far...
