I was looking for an apartment with more space and some nice tree views. I found an incredible one-bedroom in Parkwest overlooking the zoo and since day-one the staff have been helpful, responsive, and kind. Highly recommend!

I wanted to send a quick note of thanks to DJ For taking care of a few things happening in my apartment in a short amount of time! He is always quick to respond and make sure his projects get carried out all the way through. He is good about keeping me informed about how long something will take, when he will get to it, etc. I truly appreciate his communication and follow-through!

I have lived in 1600 16th street for 18 months, and enjoyed my stay so far. I worked until 7 pm daily so the overall noise is only about the traffic on 16th street. The neighborhood is lively and energic.

My entire experience living at Sedgewick Gardens has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing and the apartment's convenient location to the Metro is perfect. My living space has been good and I am happy to choose Sedgwick Gardens as a place to live!

This building provides the best value in Foggy Bottom. The staff is very friendly, the building is clean, and the units that have been renovated are nice.

I have lived here for over a year and it's really hard to beat the location, square footage, and price in the area. Just a 10 minute walk to either the Navy Yard or the Wharf, but not paying the price to live in those areas. I have never had an issue with maintenance, staff, or the amenities. The gym is the only disappointment, but I have friends' gyms I can go use. Happily plan on renewing my lease.

Valo really puts people first. Exceptional experience. The staff is excellent, amenities are wonderful, and the location is perfect. I love my home.

Very nice place to live

This apartment has an excellent location, with fantastic views to the north and very close to two metro stops. The amenities are clean and we often take advantage of the rooftop when guests come to visit. The staff is also incredibly friendly - unfortunately there was quite a bit of turnover through 2023, so you might not always get the fastest response, but everyone who works here is so kind and helpful and a joy to see in the front offices every morning. It is definitely an older building, and some of the amenities are older, but the units themselves are clean and new. It's a very good value, and I couldn't see myself living anywhere else in this area.

i have lived at the wellington for about 2 years and i enjoy it very much. the staff is always available. maintenance issues are rsponded to in a timely manner. the neighborhood is quiet and secure. i highly recommend and give it 5 stars.

We have lived at 3801 Connecticut Ave Apartments for 6 years and love the location, value and staff. Rennel in the front office has been here at least as long as we have and is great to see every day. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient every time.

Long-time resident. Am very pleased with location, condition of property, and the staff.

Recently moved in the beginning of August and everything with the apartment has been very smooth. One of the best things I can say so far is that the staff and maintenance are very responsive, especially with the portal's email and maintenance request tools. Parking is good if you don't mind your car outside, and the amenities are all not bad.

Close to my work and my kids` school. Good service. Everything covered in one bill, and clean.

Living at Trove has been a great location and price. The environment has been nice and there's lot of pets in the area. The parking lot is covered which is good for bad weather and the rooftop view shows a lot of Washington, DC. The gym is large with different machines and weights including an open space for yoga and boxing.

I have been here for a month, and so far we are really happy. Staff is super nice and the building is perfect.
