Really great and nice place staff is very understanding and they are really good helping in bad time situation.. if u have kids and looking place to live this place is the best .

I love it my neighbors are kind

We love it here with Goldmark! Our only complaint, if we had to come up with one, is that there is a lack of guest parking. There are a couple cars at our building that have been parked in the same limited guest parking spots for a few months now. Sadly, we aren't able to have a lot of family come visit because there is a lack of available guest parking. Overall, we love the staff that we have worked with during our last two years of residency here. Thank you for all that you do for your residents!

Good location, great price!! You get the occasional noisy neighbor, but kids are kids, after all. No biggie. Parking in any time other than winter is great. Once hard snowfall hits, people don't remember where the lines were, leading some very unfortunate parking. Get yourself a garage.

Pretty good time here! The neighbors are nice, they don't usually steal you packages in the mail. Parking is great unless you have a large business vehicle, then it can be a struggle at times. Night noise can be pretty high, but a few fans can block that out. Rent and utilities are cheap, and the people managing are really nice! Politeness and respect goes a long way. Would live here again

Decent affordable apartments. A little outdated.

The apartment inside is very old the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are all out dated and falling apart. The carpets are old and smelly and they won't change it unless they think its old. The wood on the balcony is also old.. The rent price is pretty descent the washer and dyer is good the stove and refrigerator is also good. But everything else nope. Hopefully they will change out the things that are old and broken and I forgot the closet doors are also bad. But again they won't change them unless they see something wrong. Trust me I know the managers house don't even look like the inside of these apartments and that's the sad part. They don't care its all about budget and money that's it.

Living here was ok. It was a little expensive living on my own, and my dishwasher did not work. It was nice that there are new washers & dryers, but difficult doing laundry from 3rd floor.

Live here for 17 years and most things are good

Great location, no noise, but amenities can be better. I wish I could use my fireplace.

The price and location of these apartment buildings were the deciding factors for moving in. My roommate and I are both students at NDSU, so the 60 second drive and less than 10 minute walk, along with pretty affordable rent, were appealing. It’s also nice to have designated parking spots, though one of our apartment’s spots has a large telephone/utility pole blocking about a quarter of the space. We’re lucky that I have a smaller car that can maneuver around it, but it’s still pretty difficult to avoid. We’re also lucky that we’re in the 1001 Kingswood building rather than the 1011 building, because those parking spots aren’t side by side; it’s one car in front of another for the same apartment, which just seems a bit inconvenient. Something that is a bit confusing however, is the maintenance for Goldmark. I’ve put in maintenance requests and called for updates week after week and month after month, just to eventually hear that my request was marked as completed when they were definitely not completed. This has happened several times, and I’m not sure how, but oh well. A second thing about their maintenance- we moved into these Kingswood apartments summer 2021. And almost every single time I’ve called the Luxford office for updates on maintenance requests that I’d put in weeks/months prior, I’m told that the reason it’s taking to long to complete the requests is because they’re trying to catch up from the busy summer 2021. I completely understood that from the months of June to September or October, but I have to admit that it’s difficult to understand that reasoning when they continue to tell me that in March and April of 2022. It seems like if I don’t take the time to repeatedly call the leasing office, the maintenance requests won’t be done. Also, we’ve had our water turned off twice with zero notice whatsoever, which I’ve called and left a voicemail about, but never received any responses? But in general, I do enjoy our apartment, the price and location!
