I've lived here for about 2 years and have been very happy with the decision. The location is excellent, a short trip to many destinations in Minneapolis & St Paul. While there aren't many businesses within walking distance (though there are some great ones), Midway, Prospect Park, & Stadium Village are very close and have tons of shops and restaurants. The building is kept clean and well maintained, and has tons of amenities. My favorites are the parcel locker and coworking spaces, which I really appreciates as someone who works from home. And I really love my apartment. My favorite features are the large windows, large bathroom mirror, and modern appliances. I also really love my apartment's floor layout, which makes my otherwise small studio apartment feel a bit more spacious. Also the staff are great. I don't have to interact with them too often, they do a great job keeping things running in the background. But when I do they're always friendly.Anonymous on Aug 12, 2022
I've lived here for over a year and recently renewed my lease. I love the central location and convenient access to public transportation. The amenities are great, and everything is kept up well. Staff are nice to work with and respond to inquiries quickly.

I have lived here for more than a year. What I like about the apartment is its location. It is close to all kind of stores. What I don't like is the maintenance part, once you complain about something they don't reply quickly. They must improve.

I have loved living at the Lyric! There are many positives and only a few thins I would note as "negatives" for those like me to like to know everything before they move into a new building. Positives: great location, cement walls (barely can hearing any neighbors), pet friendly, amazing staff and maintenance, good gym, nice rooftop area with grills, hot tub and sauna. Negatives: parking is expensive, poor air/heat circulation as there is no window in the bedroom (this might only be specific to our 1 bedroom), hot tub is only open during the summer months, minimal storage. Overall the positives out-weight the negatives. We have loved living here and the staff have made it wonderful- they are very helpful, warm and welcoming, but still respect privacy and make you feel at home!

The place is only as good as its tenants, and maintenance staff. Both are good enough, but the age of the building will only present more challenges. Raising rent rates and laundry might seem like a good idea, given the economic climate, but it also comes across as a bit tone def to your tenants. I expect that you will keep pushing that boundary in the name of profits. We'll see how that works out for everyone. Kudos for the low electric bills, though, for the time being. Overall it is great place to live, and I, for one, will continue to keep it that way.

I'm a life long Twin Cities Resident and former home owner! I've researched, very carefully for a place to drop anchor for the last time, when I came across Legends at Berry Apartments I stopped looking. This location is situated like an Island in between two cities. It has access to both cities transportation infrastructures and close access to river scenic parks. The property has all I need to exist with little of the stressful factors of my working life. I have only lived here for only three plus months, but I anticipate that this is going to work. If you like urban life in a great metropolitan area, this would be a great place to start. I'm still

This is not my house. It is my home. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I stopped outside my apartment door one day. I was tired. I wanted to catch my breath before going in the door. My neighbor ask "do you need help? Can I help". It made me smile. The management staff are polite and helpful. Jerry is the good guy He can fix anything. Just complete a work order. Jerry completes the work. Joan is the bad guy. Not really! She is the one with the answers to all your questions. The answer is not always 'yes'. This is my home. I love it here.Pamela S. on Apr 22, 2023
The furnace wasn't working properly. It was -11 degrees outside. The maintenance man had tried to fix the problem for two days. He never gave up. He tried everything he could. Traditional fixes were not working. He tried non traditional. It worked. After three days of trying..it worked! In the meantime He had brought me room heaters. I was never cold. I remember this like it was yesterday because he cared. I see him and he speaks. I speak back because I know he cares. He doesn't just care for me as a tenant. He cares about how he does his job. At the Cambric Apartments maintenance is outstanding. Management is excellent. I love living here.

I have resided here for 13 years and plan to remain here indefinitely. I love my apartment, the building, the grounds, the staff, CommonBond in general, and the site location. I can do everything I need, either with or without a car. The building has terrific tenants and we (CommonBond and tenants) maintain it well. I love our gardens (fantastic amenity) and the fact that we are pet friendly. I could not ask for anything better.
