I love the location - right near Melrose and Fairfax, walking distance to the Grove and Beverly Center. Management is very responsive, and Maintenance is too. This is a new building. I love the finishes and the new appliances. This is a desirable area so rents are priced accordingly. The area is busy but the apartments are pretty well insulated from noise. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at Tamarind Emerald. Maintenance is extremely fast to respond to any issues, same with our property manager. The building is quiet and neighbors are respectful. I love how much space we have and how the apartment has modern renovations and appliances. The location itself is great also.
