I have lived in this building since 2018. I moved here because of the location and because it seemed to be one of the more updated buildings in the area. The units are spacious and the views are really nice. Theres lots of walking and great restaurants/coffee shops. It has been a bit of a revolving door management wise but so far everyone has been nice. The maintenance staff is always excellent. The walls are a bit thin...if you have a noisy next door neighbor (or even upstairs or downstairs neighbor) it will be a nuisance. If there were in unit w/d these apartments would be perfect. Luckily there are several laundry rooms in the building and they are almost always empty. Overall, I have been very happy here. I have had chances to move and decided against them. Grateful to have a place to call home.

Has a wondeful view and gym is open on the roof. Landlord is fast to respond and keeps the faciltiy clean. All residential is super nice and respectful.
