They have a cool sun deck and a jacuzzi that looks like it's hardly used. I've been looking around for apartments around CSUN and was hoping to rent here but I will be checking back soon!

Joelle F. on Aug 9, 2022My husband and I just moved here and we love it. The one bedroom is pretty good for newlyweds. Very nice area. Parking is tough which is to be expected for the area but very safe area and friendly neighbors. Modern units and we love the view from the rooftop lounge.

Depending on what side of the building you live on though you can literally be facing a another building you could touch with a pole from your balcony. You don’t get much light and all your windows face the other buildings windows. It can be loud sometimes, I am constantly hearing people in the unit above me, washers/dryers, and kids running on the floor above me, but honestly that’s what comes with living in an apartment. The parking situation isn’t ideal, depending on where you’re assigned spot is but it is gated on the first floor. The management is very responsive and nice. I’ve had no issues with maintenance. The units are very large and to me totally worth it. There are always going to be some tradeoffs. The appliances are high quality and very nice. The building itself doesn’t have very many units so it’s definitely not crowded or too loud. They don’t have ammenities on-site but you get acces through another complex if you wanted to go to the gym, pool, etc. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here and don’t have any major complaints and would recommend living here!

The technology and finishing are up to date and the unites are very specious and beautiful. I love that it's a small community and overall is quiet. If you are a light sleeper and get a unit next to the elevator it may take a bit of getting used to but the goods outbalance that minor inconvenience. The manager, Diego, is very professional and his attention is greatly appreciated.
