Overall it is quiet which i love, close to my children’s education and everything is not far.

I've been here for more than 12 years and hope to continue to live here. I've outstayed many managers. Our current manager,Shannon, is better than nearly every one since I moved here. While there are some things I would like to see improve, overall her management style works for me.
We've had the same manager for several months now and that alone is an improvement. However, I'm still struggling to have my request for a reasonable accommodation addressed- and it's been more than a year.

Staff is friendly and is very efficient, they work hard to meet your needs.
The place is nice enough. The problem is the lazy maintenance people. They get the matters addressed qiickly but never finish the job completely. There have been multiple leaks in the ceiling in my bathroom. They addressed the matter but left the ceiling that had gotten wet and puffy and did not patch it. This caused alot of mold. All they did was caulk over the mold. They are the most incompetent maintenance people around.
