I am a parent of an out of state student at UCSD. Naiza is extremely helpful answering questions and making the application process easy. Naiza continues to be helpful even after move in, not just during the application process. The office staff was also very helpful on move in day. Maintenance has attended to our request within 24 hours of putting in a service request.

The move in process was very easy. Jackie and Joe were both welcoming and helpful the day we moved in. It has been a month, and we have had two service requests. Maintenance has fixed the issues within 24 hours of our request.

Honestly, one of the best places I could’ve chose to live in San Diego it’s in a great location there’s not that many noise the surrounding is pretty nice. It’s close to the mall and an affordable price can’t really beat it.

We love living here- it’s clean, quiet, and residents/ staff are super friendly.
