Rosie on Oct 30, 2023I’ve lived at RLF Garden Apts for 3+ years now. It feels so serene, almost like youre in Palm Springs instead of Los Angeles. The location is great and Ive always Felt so safe here. Also, the maintenance is top-tier, anytime I’ve had any sort of problem whether it was minor or urgent, the maintenance team was always so responsive and communicative. The gym and pool is great too. Oh! and theres also free coffee :)

Property reviewsRA on Mar 20, 2024I moved into Toluca Lake a month ago, and my experience with the staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They communicated everything with me prior to my move-in. On the move-in date, I missed my flight and was really late. However, the staff was there, waiting for me even after hours, and helped me take my luggage upstairs. They had already put all my delivery boxes in the apartment, ready for me. I encountered several issues in the apartment after moving in, but the leasing staff was very understanding, and the maintenance staff promptly fixed the issues. Additionally, the leasing staff came in person to check in with me to ensure everything was okay. Overall, I have always found Los Angeles to be depressing, but the vibe of this community is very uplifting. The trees planted around the area beautify the community, and the helpful and friendly staff is the icing on the cake.

Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.

We moved into a brand new unit and when there are any maintenance issues, it's resolved within 24 hours. The walls are pretty thick and the windows do a great job blocking out traffic/outside noise. Amenities are also super nice and enjoyable to use!

Relator staff are extremely tentative and helpful and were able to answer all my questions in great detail and helped aid the process as a none US citizen. Building is extremely quiet, welcoming, clean and just a safe place. Front desk people are lovely and are extremely helpful with guest, deliveries and always go above and beyond - one time they aided me with an umbrella into an uber. Apartment is great, love the locations, it almoat feels like im not in korea town but still have the benifits from living in this area and nowhere feels to far away. Maintences team are really nice and on it and requests get exicuted to a high standard and promtley. The amenities are top notch, i dont know many better roof tops and your biggest concern will be saying no to your friends and find time for youself as people are going to want to come over once theyve visted once. Also really affordable for what it is, definatly worth it. The gym and pool and just avalible spaces make yoir living space feel so much bigger. Highly recommend - great building, great Community!
