Cypress Harbor mhp

Streets near dumpster are unsanitary due to trash dropping in street. Appearance rules are not enforced. Staff is not available when we need them. I no longer recommend this park.

Cypress Harbor

New owners have failed to improve park residents. Grass mowing is much improved but clubhouse availability is limited. Park fee increases are excessive. RV park use is sketchy and degraded by new owners.

It's a beautiful place

It's a beautiful place to live in only negative is that the rent lot is so expensive for seniors on fixed income and the property manager is rude most of the time.
