New Management Improving!

I have lived in this community for 20+ years and have seen many different management organizations. Bedrock has been here for about a year and there have been a lot of changes. Most of the changes are appreciated, but some are just troublesome. I guess it takes time to figure out the administrative stuff. They are constantly working hard to get rid of the tenants who don’t follow the rules, and they have made great strides in the right direction. I personally feel that renters are ruining things for the owners here, as they don’t take care of their property like we do, and there seems to be no consequence because it seems to continue over and over again. In addition, there is no reward for following the rules and taking care of the property, so the feeling is why should we worry about it because nothing is going to happen. And it is very insulting to get a letter on the door saying you are not compliant the first time.

I'm Content

I have seen many changes since I have been here for the last 39 years, mostly for the better. I moved in on July 15, 1985. It's very quiet and very peaceful in our little corner. I don't get out much anymore. I don't have much contact with the staff but they have been very polite and respectful with a pleasant wave of the hand, a smile and a good morning while I sit on my porch with my morning coffee. I am very content
