Aspen Terrace

Lived here over 3 years. People leave the dumpster open too often. Needs to be a speed bump on teresa st. people speed through park. White Pickup and Green Pickup.

Bedrock aspen

It is a feral cat community where majority of residents feed and water daily and lately residents have been doing whatever they want and getting worse as time goes on and definitely lack of upkeep on lawn maintenance and appearance of community and NO onsite management to oversee community and keep trash out..
