Be prepared

So I have lived here for almost 3 years. The first year and a half our rent was increased 3 times. I also have to deal with the septic tank across from mw overfowing onto my patio and under my house for those 3 years. Finally I asked for a discount on my rent because of the conditions I have to deal with and they said NO!! The staff is great its the company that owns the park that is not good. Live at your own risk.
