The best place to live in downtown Columbus, close enough to walk to everything but also far enough to feel like the suburbs. The staff are wonderful! The gym is the best for an apartment complex. Parking easy and not a pain.
Everyone is so nice, couldnt pick a better location!

There are more amenities here compared to the properties. The rent is fitting, and the departments are more spacious..
Love the view and very helpful staff. I especially love the secured building entry as well as convenient parking.
So far everything has been great. The staff and office have been great; however, there is a train track that js almost on property that has trains running at random schedules. We were told that they run sparingly and only during the day…well, during our frist night, we learned otherwise.
The staff has been amazing to work with since the day I inquired about the property. Alex was a dream and did everything she could to make my desire to live here a reality. The maintenance staff, mainly Joseph, is amazing, prompt, and skilled. I have been very happy with my choice to live here and am making a home here.
The City is worth every nickel of dollars I pay to live here. I love the flexibility of the Smart Home feature and I love the almost perfect gym! And I have to say I am grateful for the coffee machine. My only but is the carpet in the hallways needs to be paid attention to every now and then before the unthinkable happens

This is the perfect location for living downtown. It offers secure parking, great walkability to restaurants and other downtown features, park views, and more. The surrounding streets aren't busy at night which is perfect for quiet evenings

We've been living here for several years, and truthfully it's been one of the best apartment experience we've ever had. It has a beautiful view of a quarry, a great beach and pool, and the office staff are exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help the tenants. I'm so appreciative of everyone here and am very thankful we've had three wonderful years at Runaway Bay.
