Neighborhood / complex is convenient to Philadelphia, local shopping, family and friends. Could use a basketball court, but Has a nice walking trail on perimeter of complex…. There is a small workout room as well.

We moved here in August 2022 but lived here previously. Great management team with awesome maintenance staff. We love that its dog friendly with a dog park for our fur baby to run and play. Residents are friendly, parking is ample which is a bonus.

I've been here since mid August 2022. The apartment is very spacious-master bedroom is huge. There is an outdoor storage closet situated on the terrace, I love the convenience of having the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall I'll give the apartment an "A". I was also happy that Verizon (FiOS)services The Austin. Though I moved in towards the end of the season, I had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and the gym located in the clubhouse. I was pleased to see there was a lifeguard on duty, the pool was never overcrowded, There were plenty of lounge chairs available. The equipment in the gym seemed to be pretty modern to me. The grounds are well groomed, the Austin community is quiet and peaceful. It is also a diverse community. I find everyone in the community to be cordial and friendly. I had a good move in experience. Thanks to the Quinzy from the management office. She provided a seamless, smooth move in process and helped me to settle in. She was both pleasant and professional. I've even reached out to her a couple of times since I've been here for information. She has always been very thorough and responsive. Parking is plentiful. It is a walkable community with safe walking and bike paths within 5 minutes from your door. There is an abundance of restaurants and shopping in the area . The main mall- Deptford Mall is literally a 5-8 minute drive. Cherry Hill Mall is within 25 minutes. I will tell you I think every other tenant has a dog-from what I see people are diligent about cleaning up behind their dogs. I don't have any complaints so far. In summary it seems like a great place to live and call home. I'll check back in after a few months and share my experiences and thoughts with you all.

It is great living at Barclay Chase at Marlton. The office and maintenance team are very accommodating to requests. The property is very nice along with the apartment design.
