Kimberly was wonderful. We moved in and did not like the unit. We reached out to her and she assisted us quickly with transferring me to something I wanted.

My entire experience living at Sedgewick Gardens has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing and the apartment's convenient location to the Metro is perfect. My living space has been good and I am happy to choose Sedgwick Gardens as a place to live!

Been here for 3 years now. Great location with parks and stores within walking distance. It has served us well, but it is not quiet. The only amenity is washing machines, and a little library.

It's quiet, in a great neighborhood, and it's conveniently located. One bus line will no longer be going through, so it will be a 2-5 minute walk to the bus stop. there are some parking spots available for guests to park in the daytime, which is convenient for family visiting. It's comfortable and incredibly well maintained. Management is responsive. I'm lucky to have found this place!

I moved in over the summer and I'm from out of the area. This apartment building has friendly staff and responsive maintenance. My only complaint is that for how expensive the apartments are, the equipment is outdated (Gas stove, older fridges, etc). But an overall great place if you're looking for an apartment in a more residential area.
