Landlord Login

Dear 1099-eligible Vendors,

Please review your landlord portal profile for the following:

-Correct name
-Mailing address
-Tax ID # (TIN#). This information should match your tax return.

If there are errors, complete Form W-9 in the portal with the accurate info and email it to San Diego Housing Commission Landlord Services at landlordservices@sdhc.org.

You may access the W-9 form under the "Forms and Documents" tab on the landlord portal.
