Welcome to the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) Landlord Portal. HACC's Landlord Portal is only available to landlords with tenants on one of HACC's subsidized programs. Registration requires a unique registration code. Your registration code may be found on correspondence from HACC. If you are a current landlord, and you do not know your registration code, you may contact us here.

Important Portal Update Information: For returning portal users, you will no longer be using your password to log into the portal. Your user name will remain your email address. The login is now passwordless and will require multi-factor authentication. You will need to have access to the email address you use as your user name. You will have the option for a code or a link to be sent to that email.

Please note that the 2025 1099 Forms will be available on the Rent Café Portal on January 30, 2026. Due to security reasons, HACC is not mailing out the 2025 1099 Forms at this time. Owners are advised to login or register for the Rent Café Portal to receive the 2025 1099 Forms. Owners may begin requesting duplicate 1099s on 2/27/2026. All requests must be made via email to ach@thehacc.org.  From the date of the request, it will take 20-25 business days for the duplicate 1099 to be mailed.  Thank you for your understanding.
