These are nice townhomes with nice amenities such as washer and dryer and garage.

Rules have become ridiculous. No pan on stove, no baking pan stored in oven when there is very limited storage in kitchen.

I have lived here eight years, No, I would not recommend it to anyone. Because of one or two people breaking the rules, we are all punished. i will say that the lawn is maintained much better than it was before. The last pay hike was very difficult for the older people who are dependent on Social Security. I would not mind the huge increase so much if I saw some benefit such as driveway and porch snow removal for older or handicapped people. i am thankful to live here, and appreciate my home.

Management and maintenance here is awesome. Anna and Ed are the best! They do a great job at communicating with their tenants. Love the location of the town homes, neighborhood is nice and town homes are in great shape for the cost.

Everything is great except when neighbor has so many people and they park in front of our drive way that we can leave at times.
