Hey

It is very hard to get a hold of someone to ralk to. Ruled change and we are mot advised about them. When I m in there was no smoking on thr property. All of a sudden we hsve smoking on the property wihin 20 feet of the building. We had help filling out our mew lesase but now we jave to fill out oir own. . I can’t ask my children to tske their 3 hours out of their day to help. They don’t get paid for that. I can’t afford to pay them. It seems our rent keeps om going ipand more things are not done here.. We don’t have a manager anymore. No one checks the property to clean up trash and make sure the building is clean. My lease never went through last year. I was first notified in June that I didn’t have a lease and my rent eas raised agy. That was twice in one year. When I had gone to the office af I had filed my lease in January, whom ever was in the office at that time vh and said it was all good. Yhat obviously was not true. Then in June when I got sn eviction notice all my rent and lease info had magically disappeared. I’m not very trusting of your people in your office. I was also told that you had changed your computer system that is why this all happened. Since then I have learned thst that was mot true. What do I believe? Will anyone get help this yesr in filling out their lease?

Management is nonexistent.

I’ve lived here for 12 years and loved it. Now there is no property manager and no maintenance prrson hence the common areas are filthy, maintenance issues are completely ignored, residents are using the vacant apartments’ assigned parking spaces for their guests, management doesn’t return telephone calls. It’s a shame this has happened to this property.

My experience is that maintenance is not top priority. I love it here and am happy but all amenities are not available. Don't agree with an 8:00pm close time for community room. Tread mill does not work in exercise room and computers w/printers do not work. I have been here one year and most of it didn't have management. It does now but I know it takes time to catch up with everything someone else did not do correctly. However, I did live in an apartment across town and whenever a problem was reported it was same day or next to be fixed.
