They completely misrepresent the apartments as having "activities" when there are none; a "fitness room" when in reality there's a room about 10ft x 10ft with 4 very out dated pieces of equipment & if more than 3-4 people are in there it's overcrowded; their ad claims in-unit washers & dryers when some apartments have them & some don't...I lived in a market rate apartment paying over $1,100 rent & my apartment didn't have them & there are only 4 laundry rooms in the building with 2 washers & 2 dryers in each that costs $1.50 each machine per loads; they locked the community room during high COVID outbreaks which prevented residents from accessing the vending machines (which charge too much); the carpet in the common areas are horribly stained & tattered in some areas; grills are not allowed anywhere near the building making it nearly impossible to cook out; the community room is horribly outdated worse than what you'd see in any run-of-the-mill nursing; the general aesthetics of the lobby & other borders on run down, blah, run down, & outdated. The rent is very unaffordable for many low income people as their low income apartments are not based on income & there are many senior apartment communities which are. I gave them a 1 star rating because a thumb down wasn't an adoption of the Stay away! There are far better senior communities to choose from!
