Love it

Very spacious, great for the money. It can just be noisy from the people who hang out across the street and the sirens from being close to the hospital, not really a huge bother, but I love it here.

Flawed

Tenant selection is 50/50. Kids running in halls through the night. Adults as well. Tenants leave clothes in washer/dryer over night. Tenants don't exhibit pride of ownership.
