Had a great experience so far and that’s nice that there’s a laundry facilities on site. It would be nice if there was some type of simple place structure for the kids. I’ve noticed several little open areas that could be created for some thing simple especially the lot where there is nothing in it that could be created for some simple type of small structure for the kids to play on that would help draw residence for future applicants and keep the residence that you have that have children that would be good family time. Are you feeling like a little OK basketball hoop for pick up volleyball net or a tetherball pole? Something simple , and maybe keep an eye out for the people that have been parking in handicap parking spots that are not handicap I don’t think that’s very fair for the resident that lives in the easy assessable handicap. You know that would need that parking and I don’t feel like it would be fair for somebody that would have a guest. They would need the handicap parking, not to mention that if there’s multiple people residing in one unit and they have multiple vehicles, it’s not fair for them to occupy the whole lot and then have an empty garage and move their car from the lot to the garage that has a Videos park in that spot that’s not fair they should be parking their extra vehicles in the overflow guest parking . I think that it would be nice if the staff it was on site stayed until the office closed and didn’t leave early for the day because you never know what type of maintenance issue or question or anything that could come awry in a day and it would be nice if somebody was there on the weekends, even if it was only for just a few hours to attend to maintenance requests, or to like if somebody had to pay rent since there’s no rent dropbox , to pay rent and make sure that it’s excepted and paid on time. If you’re not paying the rent portal need to have access accessibility for your tenants and future tenants , make it simple and welcoming !

Nancy J besides the prices though the years going up with land lords we have had pretty good hear ,but i don't know why you all raised the rent up while keeping it at 1,007 while we paid 1,13100 and you now your doing it again to us raising the rent when the government is messing with our food stamps and health care and more maybe you all should think about helping your renters instead of being greedy and asking more.
