I've lived here for 4 years. Things were better with responsive management. Rent is raised with the excuse of maintenance costs, but I'm not certain of what's being fixed.

I have lived here for a few years, Its a great location. Ut does not have many amenities, but its decent and has good price for location.

I have lived here for about 7 years. Its a great location with a great management and maintenance team. Would Highly recommend. The apartments on the East side of the building can be a little noisy. There is a bus stop and garbage/recycle/compost pickup right outside.

This is the nicest place I've lived in a long time and the community is amazing. Management and the staff are always nice and respectful, helpful, polite and they do everything in their power to help. This is the best and most peaceful place I have lived in my entire life, it is truly my sanctuary!!
