Central location with great amenities and friendly staff

I've been leaving here for 2 years and I love the location. It is at the center of everything. I've been leaving car free for the past 2 years and my day to day life has not been affected because how close everything is. The building has great amenities and friendly staff. There are sometimes homeless encampments that start to show up around the area but the condo complex cannot do much about it.
