We love this place.

We love the fact that the view is so amazing! Getting to feed the ducks with the kids is awesome! There are a couple things that have been an issue however, first is the neighbor kids seem to wrestle all night long which makes it hard to sleep. The next isn't so bad, but not having packages delivered to our door is frustrating because neither of us can come to the office on a regular due to covid and work schedules. Besides these issues everything is going great! Thank you for the opportunity to live here!

I enjoy my apt for the most part..

Def wish there was a more friendly playground for little kids here... I would rather be able to take him here to a play ground and not have to venture out.

Property and Staff makes it worth it.

Its like any other place you go you have some people that don't understand that they live here too. Good neighbors bad neighbors most wonderful, staff and atmosphere is great. I have seen management first hand go above and beyond what they have too do to help residents, I have see neighbors come together and support each others. 5 years and compared with others places I have seen and lived, my family is happy.
