Its cool and semi reasonably priced , i came on a good deal but they have bug problems, maintence comes when they feel like and i could never get ahold of anyone. However the new property manager is very sweet. It has its pros and cons for real.

Decent place to stay

My apartment did not meet me expectations at move in. There was problems with the unit and it took maintenance a while to come address those problems. I am satisified with the amenties and location.

I lived in this community for almost 14 years. I love the location and its proximity to DC and my work place. but I noticed that recently some noisy tenants moved in ad also the dog poops increased on the sidewalks.

Cityside Review

The best thing I can is the location of the property makes it accessible to travel locally or to D.C by bus or train. Since we have new resident portal the maintence requests are not being fulfilled in a timely fashion. I have open tickets that are 30 days old but I am giving grace because it's a new system. The value of living here is not great because the tenant populatiion has changed over the years. I am in favor of affordable housing but taking in people who come from the shelter without proper life skills may not make the most suitable tenant.
