Alhambra

Overall it's ok if they would keep it clean! There only 3 floors & 2 elevators & there filthy all the time! They can't seem to understand that people come in & out 24/7 therefore it has to be clean everyday!!!!

I've lived here for 12 years, it is a lovely community, but we have lost a large portion of our immunities, we miss our community room gatherings to watch popular TV shows, having cookouts in our lovely kitchen, covid has really place a damper on our activities here. But we most certainly miss our computer room it was so nice. I really enjoy our exercise room on the 2nd floor. It would be so nice if we could have access to all the gate entrances at the pool instead of just one. Our elevators and entrance to them should be cleaned daily, especially with covid and now monkey pox

Types of Pets Permitted    Common household pets, as described herein, are authorized by this Policy.  Each Pecan Hill Apartment unit can house a maximum of two pets, provided the animal(s) complies with the rules herein.  Registration and deposit are required.               Where neither a cat or a dog is registered to a unit, either a, b or c below will be allowed.  Registration is required; however, a deposit is NOT required. Fish (aquarium not to exceed 10 gallons); OR  A maximum of two (2) birds (caged); OR  A maximum of two (2) rodents (caged, limited to guinea pigs, hamsters or gerbils) that are traditionally kept in the home for pleasure rather than for commercial purposes.   This Policy does not apply to animals used by persons with disabilities. To be excluded from this Policy, the resident must certify: That there is a person with a disability in the household; That the animal has to be for a specified disability. 3.    Boxers, chows, Rottweilers, pit bulls, German police dogs, or any other known fighter breed will NOT be allowed on the premises. 4.    Pets other than those described herein are strictly prohibited.
