Thus, it is necessary to verify the income of your entire household, which includes income from all sources. HUD determines the income limits using a percentage of the median income of the City and/or County of this community. All of our residents are thoroughly screened by an independent agency that looks at prior rental references, credit and criminal backgrounds. Only those persons who pass this check are approved to live here.

Been living here for 3 years and maintenance does not have a quick response in emergency situations. They are under staffed. I rarely deal with the office staff because anytime I stop by they are tucked away In the back offices. I’ll wait several minutes In the front and no one comes to greet. The office number doesn’t not get answered as well. Every single time I attempt to call I get the answering service. I leave a message as instructed and never receive callbacks. Although my apartment is spacious numerous amenities break and never gets properly fixed. That had been my overall experience

Favorite Apartment Ever
Since day 1 this apt complex has extended great service and polite personal. All of my questions have been treated with the respect and priority as if I'm the only tenant residing here. Having lived in apartments since leaving home after marriage you get different experiences that If rate is 10 being the best and 1 the worst. The highest number would be 5 until moving in here, that number is 10. I'm very happy here and consider myself fortunate because I love it here.
