Urban feel

I have lived at Rio Loft for almost 6 mo. from when they opened. There have been some growing pains as more resident moved in so noise and parking are sometimes not ideal. My Apartment is shockingly roomy for the square footage and there are some clever storage spots. I love the high ceiling and the secure entrances. I love being close to downtown and a park, and having a gym was a must for me, even though it small it very nice. Management works with you where they can, they have always been helpful and seem to know the residents. Also hopefully the new trash shoot works and people clean after their pets.
