Loving my apartment

The fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. Exotic pet species are not permitted. Please contact our Leasing Team to find out more details about our pet policy, restricted breeds, and any required fees.   $400.00 pet deposit 1/2 non-refundable $25 monthly pet rent/ per pet Maximum 2 pets allowed  Weight limit of 55 lbs./ per pet Aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited  NOTE: Specific animal, breed, age, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s).
