More adequate visitor parking

This is overall an excellent apartment complex except for 1 thing. The parking. I think it is absolutely unreasonable for someone to get there vehicle towed if they are not parked in a visitors parking spots. Especially when there is virtually none available during the evening hrs. And i dont think its very lawful for the towing company to get out and physically walk around vehicles looking for apartment stickers. What if i allowed my guest to park in my spot to keep them from walking from the front of the building. Is it still right for my guest to get there vehicle towed when they are parked in my spot with my permission. 248 dollars is not a joke when you have to get your car out of the impound yard. I think more thought and consideration need to be in place before the greed of the tow company sets in.
