Pet peeves

One problem I have is when I first moved in they only had an upstairs that promise once they got a downstairs available that I could transfer because of my Osteroporosis I have requested three times but yet still get turned down and now I look on the website and there's five three bedroom available which is one right below me.. I work a hundred plus hours a week and can never find a parking spot when I come in tired and wanting to just go upstairs and go to sleep but I have to walk a distance. My next door neighbor's upstairs and to the left of me are always fighting and arguing and making noise at all times of the night and morning.

Glad to be moving out soon

Our AC constantly has been going out and they wait the whole weekend and don't show up till Monday (and one time we had to wait a whole week. It is cleared in the system without them even looking at it) when it is hot as heck and you call the emergency line. The staff is great and only do what they are allowed to do to help you other than that I think management is the real problem. Layout on all the apartments except for the 4 bedroom are great. And what they fail to mention or consider on their rent prices is that in the 4 bedroom townhome you have 2 AC and your electric bill is higher and when maintenance don't come and you AC is not working properly the bill goes up even higher. I believe management needs to come up with maintenance solutions and price solutions for the townhome electric consumption.
