Thabk you for giving up the opportunity to live at Forest Bend. The staff and maintenance is very helpful and provide excellent customer service. My famikt was homeless before we moved there so we are very appreciative
It's quiet
Its a good place to stay but its alot of kids that can sometimes be bad and like to hang in the middle of the street!

I have been here for almost two years. The townhouse, itself is nice. Its the people who live there thats the issue. Kids everywhere playing where cars drive through and at times will jump in front of your vehicle. Trash everywhere because people have home training. I have had things taken from my porch. Random children sitting on my porch. I have had my car hit with footballs..because kids play football in the parking area. I pray for rain everyday because at least you will know your vehicle wont be damaged. People from neighboring apartments literally jumping the fence to come and buy product. It's took much.
