We have had a pretty good time since we have luved here. There is noise, but with certain neighbors we get very late night noise. The maintainence team is good. They work hard. The manager has a tough time since she came back. She is having to deal with some difficult people. The amenities are a major problem. Both washers and both dryers are broken down. Residents, like us, who have no transportation are not able to go to a laundromat. So wash is piling up

The only problem is that tenants company that stay over all night are taking parking spots that tenants park at which isn't fair to the tenant that pays rent because we have to park in front of office and walk to our apartment the company should be the ones to have to walk. Other than that this place is awesome
