Too noisy
The neighbors that habe moved in thisnpasf year are ridiculously noisy and the kids/teenagers here are disrespectful. Thinking anout moving necause of thd people.

Not an enjoyable place to call home
0 amenities unless it's convenient for the office staff. Can only use the pool and workout center when the office is open M-F 10-4. Youll probably be at work though. No where around for the kids to play. The playground is not safe. We used to get valet trash but now we pay for our trash to be dug through and tossed around by homeless people. Maintenence does their best but take a long time to get to your issues or forget completely. There's a ditch to prevent flooding that they recently put behind buildings 1 and 2. It's really there to be an inconvenience that collects trash.
