I haven't been here but 1week but everything seems great so far.

I like it. It's quiet. The only issue now is the rent keeps going up and there is no permanent maintenance staff.

I've lived here about a year and a half. I enjoy living here because it is access controlled. No one can enter the building without calling an apartment first or using a key fob.

The property is nice and the staff are diligent at trying to keep it maintained. However, as a resident I find it would be helpful if we had fire drills and someone explain what happens when the cord in our apartment is pulled. What happens in case of an emergency?
