Community is quiet and the office is friendly and understanding

The apartments themselves are nice. There's not much of a park or any other services for kids. Swimming pools, trampolines and grills are not allowed which is difficult with families and kids. Neighbors are very noisy every day and night with loud music and nothing puts a stop to it no matter what.

The location is great. However, the duct work for the air/heat needs to be replaced, because mines is rusty, broke, and old. The apartments need to be remodeled. It needs to be more cameras on the apartment building, front and back.

The apartments are pretty decent to live in with a good price because it's income-based Neighbors are not very good but otherwise pretty good
