I love the staff the yard and the remodel is very nice the staff cares about their community family

I love my home here at Hill top. Im mostly happy with thr rehab that was done. It was done so fast,and no attention to detail. So like the carpets aren't pulled tight, Door frames too sort and calked badly. Im picky about my things so these things bothered me. Im feel very blessed to live here and these things i can ovelook . The cabinets are beautiful and the new bathroom tub and cabinets are so nice. The new windows are beautiful and my power bill is much lower. Over all, im very happy to live here . I hope to be here for many more years to come!

I've lived here at Hilltop for 8 years now. I love my home. I have a few things I would like to see done here,not just for me but the children that live here. We need a playground . Theres nothing to do here for them. I have 9 grandchildren that visit me and i know they would love to have a place to play. Kids that play are heathier and make friends which in turn , makes the rest of thier lives better.

I have lived here at Hilltop going on 7 years I think. I have always loved my home here. I have never had any problems that I couldn't handle with my neighbors. If I could change anything here , it would be to have a dishwasher or an Apartment size washer and dryer. But other than that, I enjoy living here and I don't see myself ever leaving. My grandchildren would say that they want a nice new playground. Tomika, the landlord does a lot for the children that live here with after school snacks and fun. In the office there are computers that they can use for school or for games etc. We also have meetings for information about safety and emergencies, Tomika gives us good food and drinks during these times and even the chance to win prizes I just think she's the best landlord we could have. She Keeps us safe here.
