Great place to live
Pretty nice place Staff is very courteous and down to earth The young ladies in the office works with you if there are any issues

Apartments are not worth the rent. Been here almost one year and everything is falling apart.
Overall review
This is by far the worst tenure I've had any place I ever lived. The tenant above me have parties every night, so if I leave home, I have to park on the other side and walk to my apartment. I have dealt with loud music all night, fighting, cursing, smoke coming in my unit and weed smell every day. I have complained to the office and nothing ever happens as far as I can see, things don't change, they only get worse. I have had issue with the bars in closets falling, it took weeks for the maintenance guy to come over, he had to saw the rod so that took another few days. The neighbors leave trash bags in the breezeway for days, the upstairs tenant drops her trash, beer bottles and food in my area i complain and still nothing happens. I feel like this is the worst decision I've made for a living choice. My daughter had real bad allergies and the smoke does her bad, where she has to take treatments daily.
