They'll back charge you rent, when it's their fault for the time it takes Management to calculate what your new adjusted rent will be. Then, no sorry or nothing. Almost got evicted for their miscalculations and they are getting away with it. File a grievance if this happened to you! Get your money back that you overpaid. Some residents don't even know they can fight that and now they have collections because of this very reason.
