Resident
It takes a lot to get maintenance and you definitely can't get into touch with the rental office.
Good and bad
Apartment is a great size for the price that we pay. Any other apartment this size would never be this affordable these days. Maintenance is the slowest I’ve ever experienced even for things that don’t require more than 10 minutes to fix. We’ve waited months for small repairs to be finished that have yet to be done. When asked, staff and leasing agents have poor excuses if they even answer the phone. Letters get dropped off at our residence Friday afternoons right before the office closes for the weekend so we don’t even have the ability to call and discuss any matters. Trash receptacle is always unattractive and over flowing. If it wasn’t for lack of response from staff, the apartments would be perfect. There are a lot of kids so there’s quite a bit of noise but that can be tolerated for obvious reasons. Only reason we decided to stay is for our apartment and trying to deal with staff as little as possible.
