I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about 2.5 years. The location is great and the neighbors are friendly, which definitely helps. However, there hasn’t been any on-site management for over a year, and that’s made it difficult to get help when problems come up. The apartments are outdated and in need of repairs—newer appliances would make a big difference, especially since our stove barely works. The biggest issue is that our front door doesn’t close properly, and even after reporting it, it still hasn’t been fixed. This place has potential, but without proper maintenance and management, to make it worth the rent.
