Place is nice and close to many areas of need including my work. So far the staff and maintenance crew have been doing a great job to keep the place well maintained, but maybe because the place is still new. It does have that city-ish price for rent, but that doesn't bother me since I live alone, Make decent money, and don't have any other responsibilities. Would really only recommend this place to someone that makes around 30,000 plus per year if living alone.

Its a Beautiful home with lots of space on the inside nice view not that far from stores or restaurants very quit friendly neighborhood very good parking spaces.

Been in the place for 2 months currently and heavily enjoying it. The floors are laminate wood besides the bedroom which is easy to clean up, got my own laundry closet, good looking kitchen for a 1 bedroom apartment, good sized bathroom, and a good place for storage out on the patio. Haven't had any noise issues with the neighbors and hopefully none for me either. Newly paved asphalt for parking is nice. The gym and laundry center doesn't seem to be open yet, but hoping it will be soon. Overall a place that's nice, peaceful, and well worth the 726 per month i spend on the place.
